Ranking Methodology
These rankings prioritize actual endgame performance over theoretical maximum values. Metrics considered: farming feasibility, activation consistency, weapon synergy, boss viability. Tier boundaries are set where measurable performance drops become significant.
Note: Lower tiers aren't unusable. F-tier ores still work for early-game progression. Meta rankings assume access to all content.
