World 1 Guide

Level 1-15 · Easy · 1.0x (base) multiplier

For most players, World 1 is where forging stops being a side activity and becomes the game. The math changes, the risks scale, and the rewards from a well-planned forge become the difference between clearing content and getting stuck.

How the World 1 Modifier Works

Every forge you complete inside World 1 gets a 1.0x (base) world multiplier applied on top of your ore multipliers. That's compounding — a 5x ore combination in World 1 effectively becomes 5.0x after the world bonus.

The trait activation bonus works differently. Each trait's activation threshold is reduced by roughly 1.0xx, which means traits fire more consistently in this zone. That effect stacks with high-trait-chance ores to break through the RNG ceiling.

Optimization insight: Since the World 1 modifier only applies when forging in World 1, don't waste rare ores by forging elsewhere. Save your top-tier materials for this world.

Goblin Chief — World Boss Strategy

The Goblin Chief is World 1's progression gate. Beating it typically requires weapons forged with the world's own ores — mixing rarities and stacking at least one Damage-oriented trait is the standard approach. Recipes with the Damage Boost or Critical Hit trait tend to perform best.
